		<description>ah lovely, long, iitreestnng post that makes me want to sit and write an equally long comment but I know I should keep it brief! Having just spent most of the day hanging work for an art event that opens tomorrow and wondering &#039;what am I doing?&#039; (ie, it&#039;s hard doing all the &#039;other&#039; things that go with being &#039;an artist&#039;!) and yet reading this post reminds me that I am DOING THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD and that really and truly it makes me so happy. And I learnt that abundance isn&#039;t just financial, (for me) it&#039;s having the time to do what you love (in my case art) and I had to find a way to do that. Even if it meant going to art college one day per week for 6 years in between child-raising and earning to get that art degree. I love it so much which is part of the reason I designed the art e-course I run - sharing with others is the best. And the art you talk about is what it&#039;s all about ie. not getting it &#039;technically correct&#039; but allowing ourselves to play .Thanks for this wonderful post. At long last I can call myself an artist and I don&#039;t ever regret taking that plunge :)Amelia.x</description>

		<description>I&#039;m male, 25 old, ectomorph body type with ssalcic  seer&#039; constitution. Sensitive to stress, stimulants, stomach gets upset/nervous easily etc.Over the past 5 years, due to consistent work stresses and not enough play, I&#039;ve become burn out and have developed many symptoms of hyperthyroidism and adrenal fatigue (sleep problems, overall depression, feeling drugged/weak/dopey and times, brain fog, hot body temp   sweat easily, lower than normal testosterone, DEHA, progesterone and erratic cortisol levels throughout the day). In addition to lifestyle changes I&#039;m making, I wish to get advice on supplements(s) that will help my body naturally restore itself. My preference is for things made from whole foods and herbs.I&#039;m currently just taking:1 Multi Vitamin/Mineral (by  new chapter&#039;)1 Salmon Oil (1000mg)2 B Complexes (by  megafoods&#039;)Extra Vit CAnd I&#039;ve begun drinking 1-2 cups of ginko tea daily and a lemon balm or peppermint tea in the evening.I wish to try a herbal formula and perhaps an adrenal gland extract. Can anyone recommend a good herb formula that isn&#039;t too stimulating but will build up my adrenals and balance my thyroid?I&#039;ve tried maca and panax ginseng, both made me feel better at first but then I overheated and became jittery.I feel I may tolerate Siberian ginseng better and have never had problems with ginger and cayenne in my food. So was considering  Dr Christopher&#039;s  containing:Mullein, Licorice, Siberian Ginseng, Gotu Kola, Hawthorn, Lobelia, Ginger   Cayenne.Any suggestions would be very appreciated. I don&#039;t have a herbalist or natrupathic doctor where I live.</description>

		<description>While, in large part, I am agreeable to the idea that mnetal illness is a choice, it also strikes me that it is obviously not so simple.I have long thought that many  mnetal illnesses  are the simply result of a lack of life skills.  When an individual hasn&#039;t developed any given life skill to the point where he can effectively deal with any given stress in a positive manner, he will choose to deal with it in a maladaptive manner, and the symptoms of his underdeveloped life skill will appear in the form of a metal illness.  However, in most instances, this choice is not a conscious choice, which renders the use of the word  choice  problematic, as we tend to think of a choice as being something about which we are conscious.In addition, I find it impossible to believe that all mnetal illnesses can be chalked up to maladaptive choices.  It strikes me that many mnetal illnesses are the result of things that the individual has little to no control over whatsoever.  Many factors, from genetic deficiencies to toxic biochemistry, can be factors in mnetal illness.  For example, it is difficult for me to believe that an individual plagued by schizophrenia is making the choice (conscious or otherwise) to cope with stress through the use of auditory hallucinations.Regardless, whether any given mnetal illness is a choice or not, it remains a mnetal illness  As the choice to cope with stress in a manner that is harmful to oneself demonstrates mnetal illness.  As such, thinking about mnetal illness as a choice would serve to inform the manner in which one would/should approach a mnetal illness, but it does not negate the presence of the mnetal illness.</description>

How can we integrate the ideas without stepping on the hignts folks hold dear?Ideas are just that and there has been a lot of press as of late in regards to Christian faith and Yoga. When Jesus himself was in the desert for 40 days I would like to think he was immersed in some meditations.. I am of the mind that when we pray God listens, when we meditate we should listen.Empty mind seems as though we are clearing whats there to allow new and fresh ideas to come into and possibly become enlightened or born again or renewed. Could it be that enlightenment is like accepting our place in Gods world and then live it as though that&#039;s all there is? Much as the same as accepting Christ and thus born again I tend to think as I have for a very long time that our differences make us in reality all the same. 		<description>I think the issue here is the definition of  Humble&#039; in the first place. Humbleness, is the spoopite of Arrogance. The truly humble person doesn&#039;t try to consistantly downgrade themselves, or never to question how things are. The point of being humble is to realize that there&#039;s always someone above you. There&#039;s always more to learn. No matter how good you are, you&#039;re gonna lose sometimes.I hope I&#039;m making sense  Its not about fitting in. Thats the version people who don&#039;t understand its point of it spout out. Its about not being obnoxiously loud about your achivements, and believing that they make you better then someone else.Lastly, Humbleness, like most things in life, isn&#039;t an inherently GOOD thing. Its a balance. If you&#039;re too humble, then you lose respect for, and confidence in, yourself. If you&#039;re not humble enough, you become arrogant, believing you&#039;re better then others, when this likely isn&#039;t the case.I apologize if this wasn&#039;t entirely clear. I&#039;m kinda tired, and irritated at my computer. :PWe pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend .</description>
