Yoga Lifestyle

The physical benefits of yoga are a mere fraction of the true reward of practicing. It does take time (and practice) to “see” or feel the changes emerge. Patience and perseverance will pay off. The practice of yoga will even help you become more patient if that is an issue.

Enjoy your day and your practice!

Val Goodman is a licensed yoga instructor in Brentwood, Tennessee. She teaches with the intention of helping people learn how to help themselves. Having overcome her own physical and mental challenges, she has discovered that yoga has the power to help one learn how to heal or strengthen themselves from the inside out.  In addition to taking the training to get her RYT certification in 2008, Valerie has been trained and certified in Yoga for MS and Yin Yoga. She also acquired advanced training from Ganga White’s course, Deepening Your Practice, at the reknown White Lotus Foundation this summer. She is as passionate about learning as she is teaching in order to know how to best guide her students’ practice. You can learn more about yoga on her website,  http://www.yogarevelation.com.
